 Sara Aiken, Children’s Ministry Director
Sara directs the Sunday morning and midweek children's activities (ages 4-11) and is the primary planner for special events. She is the wife of Dr. Todd Aiken and they are the parents of 5 daughters- Jules, Eden, Trudie, Willow, and Nori. She earned her B.A at Carson Newman College in history and education and MBA from the University of Phoenix. |
 Thomas Ervin, Worship Ministry Director
Thomas directs worship in the Sunday services as well as Celebrate Recovery and at the Summit Youth services. He is ordained in the Church of God (Anderson, IN) and a graduate of the East Tennessee State University, majoring in Vocal Music Performance. He is married to Karen and they have two sons, Jonathan and Will. |
 Rachel Galarneau, Associate Pastor of Student Ministries
Rachel has direct oversight of the Summit Youth program as well as the college aged ministries. She is ordained with the Church of God (Anderson, IN). and a graduate of Warner Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Transformation Christian Ministry. She is married to Michael with whom she now has four children—Mikayla, Genevieve, Lydia, and Vincent.

 Karen Knight, Financial Coordinator
Karen compiles, reports, and maintains all areas of finance in the congregation and para-church ministries (Locust Springs, Noah's Ark, COGBI). She is married to Jerry and they have two grown sons, Eric and Sean. |
 Nathan Leasure, Senior Pastor
Nathan is the primary preacher in the weekend services and is the lead administrator who, along with the Board of Stewards, guides the ministry within the congregation. He has degrees from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, Anderson University, and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is married to Jenny and they have three daughters- Ava, Olivia, and Maria. |
 Jennifer Luttrell, Communications Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant
Jennifer handles all communications within the congregation and provides administrative support to the pastoral staff. She attended East Tennessee State University. Jennifer is married to Jerry and has two daughters, Jessica and Annie and one son, Aubrey.. |
 Teresa McCrary, Administrative Coordinator
Teresa is the coordinator of administrative functions within in the life of the church. She works closely with the Board of Stewards on congregational projects. She earned a B.A. in business administration from Tusculum College. She is married to Jackie. |
 Jessica Ricker, Choir Director
Jessica prepares and leads the choir in Sunday mornings. She earned a B.A. in music education and Master's of Education from Milligan College. She is married to Trey. |
 Ralph Shipley, Associate of Pastoral Care
Ralph provides pastoral support and spiritual guidance within the congregation. He also leads the Celebrate Recovery ministry. He ordained in the Church of God (and.) and has held senior pastorate positions in Alabama, Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee. He is a graduate of Gulf Coast Bible College and married to Judy. They have three grown children- Michael, Joel and Lisa and numerous grandchildren. |
